Video: How important is communication with my ex?

… and the most important thing is communication. Communication. Even when a relationship ends, and there’s a child in common, you don’t have the option of not communicating. And so, a lot of people think, “Well you know what, I can’t stand him” or “I can’t stand her” and that’s the end of it. In some cases, people actually take it out on their own children because they don’t want to have anything to do with him or her, they then don’t see their children or they see their children less or they call them less. And that’s definitely something that requires some attention and examination.
